Yes — completely. Recording, transcription, summaries, action items, reports, chat and translations all run on the iPhone itself. Turn on airplane mode and every feature keeps working. The only things that need a connection are one-time downloads (an optional Whisper or LLM model, a translation language pack) and optional iCloud sync.
Correct. Speech recognition, summaries, chat, reports and translation all run on the device, using Apple's frameworks or models you download once. The only exception is optional iCloud sync (Pro), which stores your notes in your personal, private iCloud database — a space Apple hosts for you and we cannot access.
